If you fire an employee, why would you let them have continued access to “trade secrets and other highly confidential information”?

The workers, he alleged, “owe ongoing obligations to Twitter,”

They were fired. They don’t owe twitter anything

and many “have improperly retained Twitter documents and electronic devices.”

Why didn’t twitter have a process to request hardware and documentation back? Don’t tell me boygenius musk fired everyone and didn’t think to request anything back …

Spiro’s letter did not say which former Twitter employees are allegedly working on Threads or specify what intellectual property is allegedly being used by Meta.

“Stop doing what we’re doing! We’re failing and can’t handle competition!”

I hate meta just as much but this lawsuit makes zero sense.

In the letter they state all bots must follow robots.txt. That’s understandable.

At the bottom they link a sitemap. Which doesn’t even exist?
