But this is a good thing, Tesla’s supercharger stations are the only ones that consistently work. The cars are garbage, but they got the charging thing down. So if you’re in the market now, maybe wait for that change to drop. In the short term it’s via an adapter but in the next few years you’ll be able to plug your car directly in to the Tesla stations.
If you can choose between, a BMW, a Mercedes, or any high end brand when you buy electric, why would you get a tesla? Then it’s the exact same for the budget. They used to be the only good option, they’re not anymore.
Then there’s the fact that if you buy a tesla you associate with Musk.
