Good concepts look good on the road. They have all the lights worked out. You’re proving the point this is a bad design. Leave it a rudimentary sketch and never building it, means it’s a bad design.

everything about this truck is ugly, and fucked up. Just scrap it and start over.

That’s the elites, the common folk, will hate him and refuse anything he says. The trump voters.

So in his world, he’s fine, but it’s the end of his political power.

You’re still changing the subject. That has nothing to do with the original complaint. The person starting this part of the thread I’m sure just wants a gas or diesel engine. That is all they are complaining about. You’re making it about safety, it’s valid, but off topic for the current discussion.

OK, but that is a totally different topic than electric trucks are bad, which was the start of this discussion. Do I think that there should be less trucks on the road, yes. When I was younger, you didn’t own a truck unless you regularly hauled stuff in the bed, or towed stuff. Now people own them just because. But again, you have totally changed the topic here.

Sales orders say differently. Since the majority of truck owners nowadays aren’t people who use them for work, they are popular, and nothing is wrong with them. They have more power than a gas truck as well.

And Windows 12 will become business use only.

edit, i only see this being the case for an enterprise version tied to azure ad. There will still be a retail version.

Record labels going after this is so classless. Are they going to sue libraries for loaning out cs’s?

Pin switch option for doors?
This weekend, I started setting up my first HA instance. My first and main goal is to monitor the fridge and deep freeze sitting in my garage. Kids of cost me two expensive clean outs already. I setup an aqara door sensor, which are magnetic switches. While they do work, getting placement exact is not great. I am having an issue finding a position to get reliable readings, and not being able to leave the door just lightly cracked. My thought is like a pin switch or similar. Hopefully, not having to create one from an esp32, though not out of the question. Does this exist in a purchasable form, or am I stuck to wiring and 3d-printing?

I just bought that dongle this weekend. I’m setting up my first HA instance. You can flash a firmware on that dongle that also adds thread/matter support so you have both on one dongle.

I’ve been running pure led for 10 years. The only failures I’ve had were in heat prone fixtures not designed for leds

I can’t read the article, but experience says if you’re sitting on that much inventory, you’re overcharging for your product. My guess. Hell I have no idea where that is.

Mostly I tune each type of filament. If using something new or haven’t used in a while I’ll do a calibration cube. After that I know to adjust or send it

I was having an issue like this last week, and surprisingly, I was able to finish my print by using a new slicer. I was all prepared to go buy a new board for my ender3v2. I had even put a bigger fan on the board to try more cooling but still kept getting it on this large print. I sliced it in superslicer instead of cura, and it printed. Unless you’re just eager to spend money and replace parts, not necessarily a bad thing, I would take a stab at a different slicer first.
