Look into OpenSCAD. It’s a declarative language you can use to do 3d modeling. I suck with graphical programs like Fusion and Blender but I’m a programmer, and OpenSCAD has made my life a lot easier.
Owning your own domain is great that way. Even makes the little bit I pay to ProtonMail well worth it. There are a few addresses I have dedicated, like my aws@example.com, me@, and my-name@, but the rest just go to a catch all. It’s fantastic.
If anyone knows of a good ebook reader that’s as easy on the eyes as a Kindle I’d love to know it. Everything I look at looks like a low spec tablet instead of a proper eink display.
Edit: thanks to a few comments in this thread I went with the Kobo Libra 2. I love this little device. Plenty of storage, a great display that’s really easy on the eyes even with the backlight (which is fully dimmable and has color temperature adjustment). Thanks for everyone for the recommendations!
Those taxi unions had a monopoly in the areas they served (which was far smaller than Uber and Lyft’s service area) and their prices reflected that.
If Uber and Lyft leave there’s one thing sure to happen: a lot more people dying from being hit by drunk drivers.
This isn’t a good thing any way you cut it.
It’s not quiet so cut and dry. The law is written to cover 90% but this isn’t a criminal matter, it’s a civil one, and civil suits are always decided in courtrooms. If I created a weed dispensary and called it Instant Pot and stylized my logo like that of a popular countertop pressure cooker they’d be well within their rights to sue despite being wildly different industries.
Like 90% of the internet is running on Linux. If being anywhere in the tech world is something you’re interested in then it would behoove you to learn it. But if all you’re interested in is the gaming then by all means rub the Cheeto dust on your shirt and yell for your mom upstairs to get you another bag.
Well one runs like a top. The other I need to replace the suspension on but the engine is sound.
