This was so confusing. We are doing RTO at work but it means rotating time off not return to office. In general people are pretty happy here to get some extra vacation even if it’s unpaid (we can claim unemployment so it’s not that big of a hit). It’s manufacturing so there’s never been work from home except some management types during peak COVID.

Ahh got it. I don’t use it as regularly as I did 10-20 years ago but I’d still miss it being around.

When I bought my Tiguan the dealer was pushing really hard for me to get a 2022 which has just come in. It was the first year to have capacitive steering wheel buttons. I told them to find a 2021 or I’m looking at something else. I think the car market was still a little slow at that time so they made it happen to get a sale.

None of these monster trucks are going to crumple from a fleshy pedestrian. Crumple zones are for when you hit another vehicle or tree or something

I don’t like Teslas, Musk or the cyber truck but it can’t be any more dangerous than the 4 ft wall of radiator traditional pickups have now. Not saying this isn’t a concern but I am way more concerned about the millions of pedestrian crushing rolling walls already on the road.

I 100% believe this. The video streamers are getting too greedy and pushing out too much subpar content. When it was affordable and easy to find what you want streaming was great. Now it’s expensive and stuff in on 12 different platforms.

Also most of what I watch is older so everyone on the creative and production side has been paid the only ones making money at this point are the studio fat cats.

I’ll have to check out the podcast. The show was definitely too heavy for me to want to watch most of the time.

Don’t use B & H. They have had numerous discrimination lawsuits filed against them and don’t seem to be changing their behavior. It’s just a different kind of evil than Amazon.

Having just done a shell swap with the current shell layout there doesn’t seem to be a lot of room to reduce the bezzle size without some serious Dremel work. Maybe you could get them down to switch OLED size but they don’t bother me and probably helped keep the cost down.
